Augmented reality (AR) is a live direct or indirect view of a physical, real-world environment whose elements are augmented (or supplemented) by computer-generated sensory input such as sound, video, graphics or GPS data. Users can use their mobile or tablet devices to experience this hot technology.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a general term for a collection of technologies used to blend computer generated information with the viewer’s natural senses. Augmented Reality bridges the gap between the Real and Virtual World. Though this is a fairly new technology, but it is catching up fast. It augments reality and user can interact with virtual objects.
